Sur mon imprimante HP OfficeJet Pro 6960, nom T0F32A, le wireless n'est pas éclairé et il apparaît le message suivant :

 

Cette fonction est désactivée..... (no radio detected)

Bonjour,


Afin de pallier cet incident, veuillez effectuer une restauration des paramètres d’usine par défaut comme suit:

  1. Sur le panneau de commande de l'imprimante, touchez ou glissez vers le bas l'onglet en haut de l'écran pour ouvrir le Tableau de bord, puis touchez Configuration ().
  2. Touchez Entretien de l'imprimante, puis appuyez sur Restaurer.
  3. Touchez Restaurer les paramètres d'usine.
    Un message s'affiche pour indiquer que les paramètres d'usine seront restaurés.
  4. Appuyez sur Continuer.
  5. L'imprimante redémarre automatiquement avec les paramètres définit en usine.

N'hésitez pas à nous solliciter en cas de besoin.

In order to palliate this incident, please restore the factory default settings as follows:

  1. On the printer operation panel, touch or slide down the tab at the top of the screen to open the Dashboard, and then touch Setup ().
  2. Touch Printer Maintenance, and then press Restore.
  3. Touch Restore Factory Settings.
    A message is shown to indicate that the factory settings will be restored.
  4. Press Continue.
  5. The printer automatically restarts with the factory default settings.

Do not hesitate to contact us in case of need.
