HP Recommended
Product: HP ENVY 5660
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Copy function prints wrong colors: red prints yellow, black prints blue, etc.  However the HP Printer Assistant function Align Ink Cartridges prints true colors and the Clean Ink Cartridges function also prints true colors. I have also scanned a document to the PC and printed the document from the PC and the printer prints true colors. I have also powered the printer completely down and backup 5 times in a row (done this procedure twice) and still prints wrong colors for copy function.  No solution.

 

Ink cartridges are half full or fuller.
