Product: HP ENVY Photo 7858 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I would like to delete an email address in the "Scan to email" list. I no longer have access to this email address (it's an old work email) and can't remember the PIN. I was all set to reset to factory defaults (based on browsing the forums) and then found it would create problems with my HP instant ink settings. Any other solutions?
