hi, I have a problemvith my hp photosmart.I have the error 0XC18A0201.

I use original 363 hp cartridges andI have done the printer's restore ( https://support.hp.com/it-it/product/hp-photosmart-c8100-all-in-one-printer-series/3204783/model/320...), but I continue to have the error. How can I do??
