We would like to share some of the most frequently asked questions about HP Solution Center not working : Adobe Flash Player Error and Unable to Scan.

I was trying to set up scan to email on my printer, I used my personal email as sender and receiver on my scanner, it seems to work, but now my personal email inbox is empty on all my other devices, even on the web server.  I realized the email all must have went and been downloaded to my printer and were removed from my inbox.  I didn't setup a folder in my scanner for them to go to.  I need them back, where would they have gone.  Can I retrieve them from my printers memory somehow?

After realized what had happened I removed my email from receiving them and they are ok everywhere.  So I need to find out if I can access where they may have gone on my printer.

In the Web browser when you type in the printer's (MFC-L8900CDW series)IP address then put in the login password, then under network, protocol, pop/imap4/smpt4 Advanced Settings - there is a Send email settings and a Receive email settings, the email disappeared when I put my email in the Receive email spot.  They all went away from everywhere else.  Then when I took it back out the current ones are showing up correctly but everything from before I inserted it there is gone.

As you have a Brother product you should consult with Brother on your issue. There might be settings that vary from HP products. This forum is for support of HP products on a user to user basis and therefore there are likely few Brother users here.
