The fax in printer 4675 doesn't work. No. of error 531.

What does it mean and what do I have to do?

Is the error code 531 or 431?

 

Meanwhile, refer to the document HP Printers and Fax Machines - Fax Error Code Descriptions to isolate and resolve the issue.
