Can I wireless fax or receive fax  on my HP OfficeJet Pro 8035ei dont have a telephone line and my cellphone can't fax

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, I have a few troubleshooting steps we could try to fix the issue:  

• You can send wireless fax using HP smart app but cannot receive. Refer to the link - https://www.hpsmart.com/us/en/mobile-fax/features
  To receive faxes from another party, you would need to also have a fax machine with a fax line.

This model would not receive fax via wireless. Your best option if you need to fax is to subscribe to an online fax service, where you send and receive faxes as email.
