glass of the tma adapter

TMA module GRlyb 0311 or scanner Scanjet 4600

Dear Sirs, I want to change the glass in the TMA module, because of the scratch. When I scan films it often leaves its track on the image.  See the sample. Please send me info about the glass, which is used in the  TMA module for Scanjet with regulatory model GRlyb-0311,  serial number Q3121a [Personal Information Removed].  I cleaned the TMA from external side according to the instructions in the manual. No use. Please also write, if change the glass for other kind of it can help.  What glass should be used. It is rather hard to find the TMA module in my country and takes a lot time to deliver from abroad. The arrow on the photo shows the track.  Look the sample image on the link.

HP only lists a replacement TMA, not any parts for it

they do not sell direct, but if you go to the HP parts store this link takes you to North American r...

 

If you go to the parts store and regionalize your search it should show you more localized resellers. Or check Ebay.

Thank you, I will find local reseller, but prefer to know more about the glass to replace it.
