Hi @zn34_,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

To connect your HP Officejet Pro 9120e All-In-One Printer to your HP computer and enable printing, you can follow these steps.

Check Connectivity Options: The HP Officejet Pro 9120e All-In-One Printer typically supports multiple connectivity options such as USB, Wi-Fi, Ethernet, and Bluetooth. Ensure that your printer and computer support at least one common connectivity method.

USB Connection:

  • If both your printer and computer have USB ports, you can directly connect them using a USB cable.
  • Plug one end of the USB cable into the USB port on the printer and the other end into a USB port on your computer.
  • Wait for your computer to recognize the printer. If necessary, install any drivers or software prompted by your computer.

Wi-Fi Connection:

  • Ensure that your printer and computer are connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
  • On your printer's control panel, navigate to the Wi-Fi settings and follow the prompts to connect to your Wi-Fi network.
  • On your computer, search for available Wi-Fi networks and connect to the same network that your printer is connected to.
  • Install the printer drivers and software on your computer. During installation, choose the wireless connection option and follow the on-screen instructions.

Ethernet Connection:

  • If your printer and computer are both connected to the same network via Ethernet cables, you can use this method.
  • Connect one end of an Ethernet cable to the Ethernet port on your printer and the other end to an available Ethernet port on your computer or network router.
  • Install the printer drivers and software on your computer. During installation, choose the Ethernet connection option and follow the on-screen instructions.

Bluetooth Connection:

  • If both your printer and computer support Bluetooth, you can pair them together.
  • Enable Bluetooth on both devices and ensure they are discoverable.
  • Pair your printer with your computer by following the on-screen instructions on both devices.
  • Install the printer drivers and software on your computer. During installation, choose the Bluetooth connection option and follow the prompts.

Install Printer Drivers and Software: Regardless of the connection method you choose, you'll need to install the appropriate printer drivers and software on your computer. You can usually find these on the HP website or included with the printer.

Once your printer is connected to your computer and the drivers are installed, you should be able to print documents or make copies directly from your computer to the printer.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
