This is the worse junk I have ever owned and the worst service I have ever had. I am ready to drive over it with a dump truck and go buy a quality printer from a quality company. NOw, how do I get this fixed? It has NEVER worked properly and your peoplle have just let the warranty run out without fixing anything.

I am sorry you are upset.

Screaming won't work.  We are not HP Support - yelling here is like standing on the corner yelling at strangers.

Warranty runs out on a schedule - it is not based on whether any work has been done on a device.  Most certainly, if you open a case before the warranty expired, an open case does not just evaporate because the warranty date passes.

"How do I get this fixed?"

Not sure - we know you are angry - we don't know what is wrong with the printer.

What to do?

Likely "we", that is, our volunteer workforce, cannot help else you might have asked.

The best I can do now is to forward your message for review.

I will do that for you.

Request for Review

  • I have submitted a request that someone review your question / concern.

Worth Noting

  • Our Community is not HP Technical Support, nor are we HP Sales or HP Service.
  • Our request for assistance on your behalf does not influence the outcome:  Our request is not a magic back door into HP Support.
  • The time frame (how long it takes) for a response is not controlled by the Community.
  • If / When there is a response, a Community moderator / agent will (should) post back on this thread before using other methods to contact you.

Note to those reading:

  • Do not contact random numbers posted in a public or private message by “new members”.  Vermin are looking for victims – don’t be next.
  • Please do not post any personal or case information here - we cannot make use of the data.
  • Posting personal information at a public site increases your risk from rats and scammers.
