how do I scan to email?

I followed all the steps and It does not work. This always happens with HP printers.

For example --

• "Which steps" do not work?  At what point does what you are doing actually fail?
• Printer Model?
• Operating System / version?
• Full Driver printer software installed?

What type of "scan to email" method are you trying to set up?

For example,

• SMTP / Profile / Quick Sets in the Embedded Web Server (EWS) -- very much Product dependent
• App controlled -- for example, HP Smart - Windows - "Share"
