Everything works on the printer apart from scan. I have reset the laptop and the printer. 

Reinstalled the drivers.

Still nothing.

Message pops up problem with scanner has been detected. reset the printer and then  try to scan. If the problem persists select get more help.

 

Still not working.  Worked fine until a week ago and now when needed to actually use the scan on the printer nothing !

Hi,

Thanks for using the HP Support Community.

Can you download and install the HP FULL Solution Software for your operating system:
https://support.hp.com/sg-en/drivers/selfservice/swdetails/hp-deskjet-2600-all-in-one-printer-series...

 

May need to do a wireless reset on the printer.  This resource will be useful to show how to reset and download and install the software:

Once you have downloaded and installed the FULL feature software, you will be able to print and scan.
