my scanner not printing via feeder it goes directly to glass so what is going on was ok couple of days before?

Some issue with the software or I need to update scanner?

I did change it but it then switches back to glass not sure why I use HP smart for scanning

I did log out and logged in working fine now so not sure why it did not work before
