Note: From May 1, 2024, the HP Scan and Capture app will no longer be available (retired) in the Microsoft Store and HP will not release any further app updates. HP smart app is making me sign into the cloud and then it ask if i want to share usage data but will not let me past with a yes or no answer. Just pops the question up over and over and over

Try with the option to Repair from the Configuration > App options.

 

1.  Go to Settings > Apps & features > HP Smart > Advanced options.

2.  Click the button "Repair"

3.  Now try again to open the HP Smart application.

 

* Click on KUDOS thumbs up  to say thanks, 

* Click on the button Accepted Solution if the question is answered.
