Note: From May 1, 2024, the HP Scan and Capture app will no longer be available (retired) in the Microsoft Store and HP will not release any further app updates. We would like to share some of the most frequently asked questions about HP Solution Center not working : Adobe Flash Player Error and Unable to Scan.

Photosmart 2575 all-in-one
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Clicking HP Solution Center results in a square with an 'f' and an 'i'; clicking these parts does not work. I cannot use the scan function.Printing is still ok.

I was looking for the most recent software for the printer. Could not get through the hp website.My last software update is probably from august 2018.

Flash has been permanently disabled as of 12-Jan-2021.

This causes the "startup" menu of the Solution Center to fail when you try to open the software.

 

There are options, both recommended and others that are "not supported" but do work according to those who have used them.
