hello, I have a 7 year old HP4500 all in one printer and has been working so well until last night when I tried to make a copy of a document and it said it was copying and fed the paper so far. It then did not continue so I cancelled the copying and now when I click on OK either on black copy and colour copy it does not work. My scanner is also not working:(

 

Please can HP help?

 

I have tried the removing of the cord issue and also trying to install updates but getting a message on the pc saying can not delete  output file
