HP Recommended

HP Scanjet 200 model scanner and install the software given with the package with Arcsoft and Readiris pro 12. When iclicked on hp scan icon on the desktop, it shows "windows is searching for hpqkygrp.exe. To locate the file yourself click brows"

 

and after searching automatically for some time windows shows message as

 

"The item 'hpqkygrp.exe' that his shortcut refers to has been changed or moved, so this shortcut will no longer work properly

 

Nearest match based on the size, data and type: c:\program data\ooracle\java\javapath\java.exe

 

Do you want to fix this hortcut to point to this target or do you just want to delete it"

 

 

When clicked on 'fix it' windows shows 'the specified path doesn't exist'

 

when clicked on 'delete it' the short cut (hp scan 200) in the desktop gets deleted

 

 

This is  the problem i face regarding the scanning software after installating the given packages. so do provide solution to fix the problem
