Hi @GaryLori,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

I understand how confusing this can be especially when the instructions don’t match what you see on your HP OfficeJet 9120e screen. Let’s get you that Fax Confirmation Page feature enabled.

Recommended Steps

1. Access Fax Settings

  • On the printer control panel, tap:
    • FaxSettings (or Fax Menu).
  • If you don’t see “Settings,” look for:
    • Fax Preferences or Fax Setup under Fax Tools.

2. Enable Fax Confirmation

  • Navigate to:
    • Fax SettingsPreferencesFax Confirmation.
  • Choose:
    • On Every Fax Sent (or Print Confirmation Page).
  • Save the setting.

3. If You Can’t Find It on the Screen

  • Open HP AppAdvanced SettingsFax Settings.
  • Or use the Embedded Web Server (EWS)
    • Enter your printer’s IP in a browser.
    • Go to Fax SettingsFax Reports → Enable Confirmation Page.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have an amazing day!
