Quand je clique sur le logo du scan, après avoir mis un document à scanner sur la vitre de l’imprimante, il apparaît sur l’écran de l’ordinateur un rectangle blanc, dans lequel tourne une roue. Mais il n’y a pas de numérisation, ou alors après un temps très long (plusieurs minutes).
En revanche, je peux numériser depuis l’imprimante.

When I click on the scan logo, after putting a document to scan on the printer glass, a white rectangle appears on the computer screen, in which a wheel spins. But there is no scanning, or after a very long time (several minutes).
However, I can scan from the printer.
