When I want copy 2-sided doc - printer don't have 2-sided print selection, I make a template from web interface, there is 2-sided copy(2side scan-2side print), but when I tap at this template - printer show message "chosen paper or tray can't use fore 2-sided print"

if I make copy - in list I have one sided copy or 2 sided copy (2-sided scan - 2 different prints) but I want 2-sided print at one list

Hi, I have exat the same problem with my MFP M479fnw. Is there any solution? Firmware Bug?
