laserjet pro mfp m428fdw scan to computer issue.

the issue is when printer is connected wirelessly the scan to computer option becomes disable automatically, and either printer error "needs printer software( which is already installed) or pc says scan to computer"disable". when i use the software to enable the option it is only showing web scan. this is my 2nd Hp laserjet same model with same issue, today i called hp support and the lady said i have to contact microsoft because its a windows issue, even hp doctor app did not fix anything, and i believe it is useless. even the hp smart is not practical.  now the only way to scan to pc is via USB.  anyone can fix this?

 

this printer is for home business, we scan 10-25 doc per hr.
