Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Ho dovuto reinstallare lo Scanner G4050 , ho scaricato il software dal sito ed ho provveduto alla installazione seguendo passo passo le richieste.

Ho versione Windows 10 Pro - Build 19041.vb_release 191206-1406.

Dopo aver terminato l'installazione, cliccando sulla icona generata ricevo questo messaggio di errore :

"Impossibile trovare il punto di ingresso"

"?FreePrinterName@IPrintInterface@@QAE?AW4PRINT_COMP_ERRORAAPA_W@Z della procedura nella libreria di 

collegamento dinamico c:\Program Files (x86)\Hewlett-Packlard\Digital Imagind\bin\HpqPrntUI.dll"

Ovviamente nessuna notizia dall'assistenza HP ed è impossibile contattarli via mail.

Qualcuno ha la soluzione del problema - presumo che dipenda dalla versione di Windows 10 Pro - il software di HP non é aggiornato .

I had to reinstall the G4050 Scanner, I downloaded the software from the site and I proceeded with the installation following the requests step by step.

I have Windows 10 Pro version - Build 19041.vb_release 191206-1406.

After finishing the installation, clicking on the generated icon I get this error message:

"Cannot find entry point"

"? FreePrinterName @ IPrintInterface @@ QAE? AW4PRINT_COMP_ERRORAAPA_W @ Z of the procedure in the

dynamic link c: \ Program Files (x86) \ Hewlett-Packlard \ Digital Imagind \ bin \ HpqPrntUI.dll "

Obviously no news from HP support and it is impossible to contact them by email.

Someone has the solution to the problem - I assume it depends on the version of Windows 10 Pro - HP's software is out of date.
