HP DeskJet 4155e All-in-One Printer

I have a Deskjet 4155e and use it as a mobile fax. I tried to use it and I'm getting a message that says, "Something went wrong". It seems that an error has occurred before the sending process. Please, try to send your fax again. Any help would be appreciated. HP will not help because it is out of warranty and want to charge me $20.

Thanks,
