Clean the Rollers: Dust or paper debris on the rollers can prevent the feeder from picking up paper. Gently clean the rollers using a lint-free cloth slightly dampened with water. Be sure to let them dry completely before trying again.

Align the Paper: Ensure the paper is loaded correctly in the document feeder. It should be aligned properly and not overloaded. Make sure the paper guides are adjusted to fit the paper size.

Inspect the Paper: Make sure the paper you're using is not too thick, wrinkled, or damp, as this can affect the feeder’s ability to pick it up. Use standard weight paper for best results.
