Additional Information

There are at least a couple of things that might result in the document not being saved.

True - If you don't have any error message or information or any context to what you are doing or seeing, it does make it more difficult to track down the underlying reason for the failure.

If "all seems normal" and whatever you are doing appears to be working,

If your computer is running a compatible Operating System / version and supported software,

If the app you are using is capable (has permission) to write to your account,

Check in your Cloud Storage destination folder hierarchy for missing scans.

What else?

If you are using Windows and you have not done so - Check / Install / Enable

The installation of the full driver generally adds at least one, possibly two shortcuts to the Desktop.

 Note:  Printer Assistant, HP Scan Assistant, and HP Scan are dependent on printer model and supported software options.
