Came back from 1 month trip, printer will not power up with button. There is one green light in rear above 120v input.

I understand that your printer is not powering on. I'd like to help!

 

Try the following below and see how it goes. 

 

The printer does not turn on or respond when you use the Power button or switch. All the lights are off, and there is no sound or movement from the printer.

Identify the power supply for your printer and refer to one of the following sections that match it.

Printer with internal power supply

Internal power supply example

Printer with external power supply

External power supply example

Printer with battery power supply

Mobile printer with battery example
