Product: Office Jet Pro 7740
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My office jet pro 7740 has 8.5x11 paper loaded in tray 1 and 11x17 paper loaded in tray 2.  Tray 2 is set to default.  I can print 11x17 from tray 2, but when I try to copy an 11x17 print, I receive the following message: "The paper size detected by the printer in Tray 2 does not match the paper size selected (Tabloid (11x17 in.)) for the print job."  Paper size for Tray 2 in settings is "Plain Paper, Tabloid (11x17 in.)"   Paper size for Tray 1 is "Plain Paper, Letter (8.5x11 in.)"  Please advise on what settings I should check or adjust to be able to copy 11x17 print.
