Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M477fnw is product.

Problem:  sections of printed info is repeated  on left margin of copy down the page.  

Does this mean the drum is needing replaced?

If the distance between 2 repeating spots is 57mm that is damaged fuser and needs to be replaced. If you are good with tools it's like 30 minute job, but the cost od new fuser is pretty high.
