Envy Printer 7858
macOS 10.15 Catalina

I have a 7858 printer that is 13 months old and very lightly used (we are away from this location for at least 6 months each year).   It has been working fine until 2 days ago and now I am getting an error message that says "Paper Jam;  the print carriage cannot move. Open the cartridge access door, clear any paper jam or obstruction, and select OK".  I have followed all of the suggestions in the support site & troubleshooting tool.  There is no paper jam, no obstruction and the print carriage moves freely.  When I press ok, it returns briefly to the home screen, then I get the error message again.  I've reset the printer multiple times, but I keep getting the same message.  I tried printing and nothing happens (I see the job in the print queue on my pc).

Suggestions, please.
