Hi all,

since few day my HP Smart start app doesn't work any longer when I try to scan from my scanner M476dn.

 

I click "Scan" and I get "unable to find the scanner device"

 

if I try to scan from HP scan, or Windows Scan, or Paint, I have no issues, everything works

 

How can I fix it?
