Bonjour,

mon imprimante ENVY 5020 fonctionne bien, elle est reconnue en wifi par son adresse IP

j'ai installé et mis à jour HP SMART

C'est mon scanner qui ne marche pas :

il moi dit qu'il est occupé et

m'indique qu'il y a un problème avec mon scanner et qu'il faut que je rallume mon imprimante

Hi,
my ENVY 5020 printer works well, it is recognized in wifi by its IP address I installed and updated HP SMART It is my scanner that does not work: it writes me that it is busy and tells me that there is a problem with my scanner and that I need to turn my printer back on ; I do this but the error message come ever back...
thank you for tell me a solution.
Others app for scanners are oK but i prefer HP Smart when it is ok 😉😊
