Hi All,

 

Scanjet Pro 3600 f1, new, Windows 11, LG GRAM laptop. Business user. Scanner is set up per instructions, right up until we get to...downloading the software and drivers. I go to support, plug in the info, and get: "HP is compiling your results. This could take up to 3 minutes, depending on your computer and connection speed. Thank you for your patience." Grinding away for hours, no software, no drivers, thus, no scanning. Can't contact support, the web site is frustratingly difficult to navigate, no phone support on weekends. Any help would be appreciated, as I need to get up and running quickly, otherwise it goes back in the box for return. Thanks in advance.
