I keep receiving the same error.... "There was a problem connecting to the server.  Touch retry to connect again, or OK to exit"... I went through the recommended steps of obtaining the IP address and updating to a Manual DNS Server and entering 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4. rebooting router & printer and trying to scan again, but still the same issue.

 

I have tried to restore to the original settings... I am running out of options...  The scanner is working if you plug directly into the computer.  It is not working if you select scanner, email... please help! It does show that I am connected to WIFI... I am able to send stuff to print with no issue...
