Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 9015 All-in-One Printer

Cheaply built HP9015 requires too much work to get it to simply scan a document. I've set up an account but that doesn't make this work. I've downloaded stuff, none of it works, still trying to figure out how to make this machine scan a doc. I guess I just bought a printer but thought I was buying a better machine that would scan, it says it will but it won't. For instance, it gave me an IP address to go to, but it just took me to a google search page, no help. I downloaded Easystart, and I downloaded the Full Web Pack, to no avail.  So looking for help. I can't afford to waste much more time with this, I'll have to find someone who can scan it for me I guess.
