Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, I have a few troubleshooting steps we could try to fix the issue:  

  • Solution one: Use genuine HP cartridges
  • Solution two: Allow the All-in-One to rest
  • Solution three: Check the paper
  • Solution four: Check the print settings
  • Solution five: Check ink levels, and then replace low or empty cartridges
  • Solution six: Print and evaluate a Print Quality Diagnostic report and troubleshoot any defects.
