Hi @Regal2,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

I'd be happy to help you!

The HP OfficeJet Pro 9015e printer can scan documents, but it does not have the ability to scan directly to a specific paper size such as 36/24. However, you can scan a document and then adjust the size of the scanned image using software on your computer.

To do this, follow these general steps (specific steps may vary based on your computer and software):

  1. Place the document you want to scan on the scanner glass or in the document feeder of your HP OfficeJet Pro 9015e.
  2. Open the scanning software on your computer. This may be the HP Smart app or another scanning application.
  3. Start the scan and choose the appropriate settings, such as color mode, resolution, and file format.
  4. After the scan is complete, open the scanned image in an image editing program such as Adobe Photoshop or Microsoft Paint.
  5. In the image editing program, select the option to resize the image. Enter the desired dimensions (36/24 in this case) and save the resized image.

By following these steps, you can scan a document with your HP OfficeJet Pro 9015e and then adjust the size of the scanned image to 36/24 or any other desired size using software on your computer.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
