when using the document feeder to scan a blank page, the resulting pdf file displays wit a vertical line. how can i correct this . i have removed dust using a dust remover spray bomb.

I have corrected the problem by raising the flatbed cover on the machine and using a micro-fibre cloth with a sparring application of water, I cleaned the window where the light-tube parks during the time when the flat-bed scanner is idle. I ran a blank-page scan through the document feeder and voila no line!
