My email address no longer show in my printer panel to scan. At one time it was there and a day later it was gone. The printer dose not show how to reconnect.   I get this message "The printer could not connect to the web services. The server might be busy or temporarily unavailable. try again later."  this has been on the screen for two weeks now.  Help.  How do I add my email back into the printer to scan.

I had this same thing happen and ended up talking to HP Cloud Services tonight.

I had to go into Printer Settings on the Printer and reset my Network settings AND remove Web Services Settings then use the Web Services Wizard to reinstall and reconnect to my network. Then I had to re-enter my email address and password.

That worked.

The gentleman who helped me said if I had any more issues with it that I could reach that help desk and select the second dept Cloud Services.  But be aware that I did get transferred 4 times before reaching THE person who actually could help me though.
