I have a HP //deskjet All in one printer.  It will not scan

I reviewed your post and I understand that you are unable to scan.

 

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

 

Are you able to make a color copy?

Are you getting any error when you scan?

 

Meanwhile, I recommend you refer to the below article on how to scan from the printer and check if it helps.
