  1. Exact printer model (e.g., HP Envy 6455e, OfficeJet 8025e, etc.)
  2. What happens when you try to scan or copy? (e.g., blank output, error message, scanner light doesn’t move, etc.)
  3. Are you using the printer’s control panel, the HP App, or a computer to initiate scans or copies?
  4. Is the printer connected via Wi-Fi, USB, or Ethernet?
  5. Have you noticed any physical damage or unusual noises from the scanner bed or lid?
  6. Do other functions like printing or faxing (if supported) still work normally?
  7. Have you seen any error codes or messages on the printer screen or in the HP App?
