We have a HP MFP M475Dw printer/scanner

When scanning we are selecting the option to 'Scan to Flash Drive' and after it scans 1 document an error on the LED screen appears 'Scanner error 6 Turn off then turn on'

After turning it off and on again its the same thing, scan 1 document turn off, turn on, scan another document.

Any idea why it is doing this?

What can we do to stop this error message?

We are scanning using the scanner on the device, no HP Scan app is being used.
