Hello,

My HP OfficeJet Pro 7740 suddently stoped scanning full page.

The scanner reads half of page, the other half is composed of streaks or multicolour lines .

therefore I cannot scan or photocopy I can only print from a document that come from my computer.

I really need the scan to work as I use frequently,  i tryed resetting the unit several times usually it fixes my issues but not for the scan.

I have cleaned the glass and still have the same problem it seams that nthe scan suddently broke but just half of it?
