Every so often the scanner refuses to recognize the computer. I tried scan and print doctor, rebooting the computer, unplugging and replugging the power cord and USB, everything I could think of. Nothing works. It's out of warranty, of course, and I need the scan feature desperately. How can I make this thing work?
