Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

receive the following message when trying to scan "The HP Officejet Pro x476dw MFP was not found".  I have tried all the HP Print and Scan Doctor recommendations and  loading updates and nothing works.  All other printer functions work fine
