It appears that your printer supports Digital Solutions (User Guide - Page 18).

 

Assuming that is indeed the case, the following is likely relevant to help you remove / change the profile PIN.

 

 

Use the Embedded Web Server (EWS) to manage and configure your printer options, including Scan to Email.

 

Open your favorite browser > type / enter Printer IP address into URL / Address bar

 

The original setup might look similar to the example.

 

The first example is the Setup having used an Officejet Pro 8740.  In general, the setup likely looks similar on the 8630, though (as I recall), the To and From boxes are not grayed out on the 8630 setup.

The second examples provide part of the "Edit Profile" procedure.

The following example is likely a bit closer to your printer, though there may be a "menu" / page just before the menu where you edit / remove the pin...
