i have installed my printer on my computer and my iphone wierless , i can print but i cant scan when i scan he told me the scanner failed to complete the scan , verify that the scan feature is enable in the device , for more information , contact your administrator or the person who set up the device ,if scanning is enable  ,a problem might have occurred while applying your scan setting , check the setting and try again , if problem persists , contact support .

please i need solution

Log on to your printers EWS enable Webscan ( if not enabled) and try to use Webscan to see will it work.
