Hi. How can I setup scan to my email.  when I try says that feature is locked.  I have been tried everything in 123hp set up but I cant scan directly to my email address.

Depends on model of printer. Most printers ship with these advanced features disabled and you will need to login to the embedded web server of the printer, by entering the IP address into a browser address bar. On most newer machines there is a preset login password printed on a sticker, either on the back or inside the cartridge door. Once logged in, you need to go to find the administrator options and turn on scan to email. Download the user guide from support.hp.com which should cover in detail how to do it.
