my Smart Tank 5101 has no control panel lights other than power on. Pressing the power sometimes flashes the display but it goes out when the power button is released. I can print fron the computer but no copy or scan function

who do I contact for real help I believe the printer has electronic failure issues

I am getting very frustrated. My HP Smart Tank 5101 will not scan or copy but does print from my computer. The one fault I see is the Control panel display is blank with only the power on indicator on. I did notice if the power on button is depressed a number of times the panels indicators flash than quickly than go out. I believe this is a internal fault in the electronics and need a repair or replacement. We purchased this printer on 1/24/2026 from Office Max. It has printed, copied and scanned properly until 2 days ago when we need to scan some documents. I have tried all the recommendations, but nothing has worked. Please advise what is the next step as I am out of ideas and need help.
