straighten scan problem

Hi - I'm scanning some sheet music which itself is a copy, and is slightly tilted. So I'm trying to use the HP Scan Manage Images 'Straighten' tool:

So I save it, but when I open it in a PDF viewer, it isn't straightened.:

Yes, I am clicking on the Apply button 🙂

What am I doing wrong?

Ha - actually, looking at it more closely, I can see that the music *has* been rotated; the tilted lines of the edges of the sheet threw me. Apologies.
