Hi @wgong,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If your HP Envy 7155 printer is stuck on the loading screen, you can try the following steps to resolve the issue.

Power Cycle the Printer:

  • Turn off the printer.
  • Unplug the power cord from the back of the printer and the wall outlet.
  • Wait for about 1-2 minutes.
  • Plug the power cord back into the printer and the wall outlet.
  • Turn on the printer and check if the issue is resolved.

Update Firmware:

  • Check if there is a firmware update available for your printer on the HP website.
  • If an update is available, download and install it following the provided instructions.
  • Firmware updates may address known issues and improve overall performance.

Reset the Printer:

  • Turn off the printer.
  • Disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
  • Wait for at least 60 seconds.
  • Reconnect the power cord to the printer.
  • Turn on the printer and check if the problem persists.

Check for Paper Jams:

  • Ensure that there are no paper jams inside the printer. Even a small piece of paper can cause the loading issue.
  • Carefully check all areas where paper travels, including the input and output trays.

Perform a Hard Reset:

  • Turn off the printer.
  • Disconnect any USB cables.
  • Remove the ink cartridges.
  • Unplug the power cord from the rear of the printer.
  • Wait for at least 10 minutes.
  • Reconnect the power cord, reinstall the ink cartridges, and turn on the printer.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
